  • Deposit

    Deposits are required for all new friends and/or prior to securing a booking for full set lash extensions and initial permanent make up procedures. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the cost of your service, unless forfeited through cancellation policy. If rescheduled up to 48hrs prior to appointment, deposit will be carried over to the next spot; otherwise, you forfeit the deposit and a new deposit will be required.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    All no-show, no call appointments and rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment time will forfeit the deposit and require a new deposit prior to securing the future service. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48hrs prior to appointment and deposit will be carried over to the next spot.

  • PMU Follow up cancellation

    The follow up appointment is included in the cost of your initial permanent cosmetic service. Even though no payment is due, if rescheduled within 48hrs of appointment, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to secure future follow up appointment. & don’t skip it. Seriously, your brows will fade off like you didn’t drop big monies on your pretty face tat.

  • Lash Fill no show

    Pardon me, but girl… you come every 2 weeks! I know you didn’t forget me. Your lashes are starting to twist & so is my patience :) JK Most of the time this is a non issue, however for my repeat offenders, with love… I will send you an invoice to secure your next spot.

    1st offense: $50

    2nd offense: $Fill Price

    3rd offense: $byyyyye… take care #peace

  • Deposit/ #cancel Breakdown

    Lash Extension Full Set : $100

    PMU Initial Service : $100

    Eyelash Fill : 1st $50/ 2nd Fill Cost/ 3rd BYE

    Misc New Client Service: $25

    If the situation were to arise that I am not able to accommodate your scheduled appointment & I have to break my policy, I have every intention of adhering to my own policy. Your time is very important to me.

Unlike other careers, there is no salary, benefits or paid time off. My time with you may be my joy & passion but neither of those matter if my seat is empty when its scheduled to be full. Unfortunately when you no show or give minimal notice in changing your appointment, I am unpaid, worried about your well being, and left with a gap of time another client on my waitlist would have loved to fill.

I understand that certain situations arise that cannot be avoided; however, as much as I may want to, it is not my burden to take on. Please do not make me choose between your stress and my family’s livelihood. This remains the best way to ensure you secure your appointment time, and I can continue to carry out a successful business.
